I dont usually do reviews but feel this is a must. I could not be happier or say enough good things about Katherine and the entire Team at One-Call. They took on a very large and difficult project for our condo with short notice, met timelines and expectations. Customer service and satisfaction is alwalys formost for this company. A real exception in today's service industry. Their work is above par and on time. If there are any concerns or delays they are quick to respond and keep owners and companies informed and up to date. They will take time to respond to questions and clarify any mis-understanding or confusion. They are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects and especially insurance industy and very helpfull no matter the situation or size of job. If you want a company who is responsive, reliable and really cares about its customers this is your company. I highly recommend to anyone needing fast and effective remediation, reconstruction and resoultion, they should be your first call.

One Call did some repairs in our basement and we couldn't be happier with both the process and the results. Every person we talked to throughout the repair was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thank you Chris, Lawrence, Katherine and Samantha for making it a smooth process and easing our construction anxieties. Would definitely recommend!
